Uric acid is the break down product of food containing
purines, purines are naturally available in many foods like red meat, beer,
foods containing high amount of fructose and sardines (a type of fish). Purines
are nitrogen containing compounds.
From where uric acid come ?
Nitrogen containing part of purines metabolize and break
down into uric acid, this uric acid eliminated from the body by specific
mechanism through kidney. From liver it is enter in bloodstream, excess of uric
acid move from small intestine and normalize the level of uric acid.

and buildup its level above the normal ranges (i.e. 6.0mg/dl in female and 7.0

by intake of high level of purine and or any medical condition like kidney impairment

lead to hyperuricemia or buildup the uric acid level in body.
How to get rid of hyperuricemia?
If your uric acid level; rises 7.0mg/dl (in male) and 60.mg/dl
(in female) then you should put extra attention on your diet. But how? For that

Replace sugary drinks and beverages with smoothies rich in fiber:
According to researches many fructose rich beverages have high
potency for uric acid formation, it can directly enhance your blood sugar
level. Sugar fructose is the main source of sugar or sweetener in processed or
refined foods like corn syrups and table sugars etc. these processed foods should
have tendency to elevate your blood sugar level (because of containing high
amount of fructose) and enable your body to make uric acid .
Stay away from alcohol and drink more water:
As alcohol affect your every body part, with alcohol
