Our body is made up of 70% of water. More than food water is important for our body as a fuel. Not only as a fuel, it have a lot of properties ad prevent us from different diseases.
Previously I consult with different doctor for my hair problems skin issues and facial hairs they suggest me different fancy expensive medicines and diet do you know what’s the similar thing in all of these doctors diet??
DOCTORS ADVISE ME
They all said me to take at least 8-10 glasses of water
minimum consume in the day but more precisely I just want to put your attention
on the point
Not only water consumption is important but time of this fuel consumption is important
Everything is beneficial is only when it is use in appropriate
way and in limit. yes I also mention here in limits because water in excess
amount also cause different issues which I will discuss in next article but for
now capture this point over hydration is not good and you can easily judge it
through urine color, urine color should be pale yellow ( any other color than
pale yellow will ask your attention)

Drinking water is not enough for good and disease- free
health also you need to drink water at right time for good effects
If you want to stay disease free then must drink water on
empty stomach early in the morning and observe these changes.

observational results about my words. Yeah you are at right path here’s the
proper reason. Have you ever wonder why Japanese women are so slim smart and fit??
No!! But I surprise and by little research I found their habit that they adopted
by birth. Japanese women inherited this habit, they have habit of drinking
water early in the morning on empty stomach.
Apart from their cultures fact and reason now check out the

Drinking water in morning can help in getting rid from body toxins
As we know overnight our body repair and produce some toxins
if you drink water in the morning, your body toxins will excrete out and stay
bod healthy and fit.
Drinking water in morning and re-hydration:
Color of urine surely tell you about your re-hydration status
but not all the time. Sometime if you drink enough water but due to some other
factor excrete yellowish urine that is absolutely not the indicator of
dehydration and conversely light color urine not necessarily indicate you are
hydrate.
Simplified it mostly morning urine color is dark yellow
that’s indicate you are not hydrated overnight so drinking water early in the
morning before breakfast hydrated your body but this is not sufficient may be
your urine color will be set after one hour – also want to mention here the
recent studies 6 hours after waking up is important and you should stay
hydrated in 6 hours after waking up.
Drinking water in morning help in losing weight:
Water is essential nutrient of the body that our body
couldn’t makeup. Drinking water in the morning will increase your rate of metabolism.
From studies vision, drinking water after waking up will cut
down you 2.5 kg weight yearly because it increase the metabolism about 24%.
Remove toxin and clear the colon which ultimately decreases the colon and
stomach problems like heart burn and indigestion (it push down the acid from
the organ). You will feel fresh and healthy.
Strict diet followers must drink water on empty stomach because it make up feel full and decrease craving.
