inherited tendency of fast metabolism so they eat extra and still maintain the
body weight because of their inherited tendency. While on another side some
people eat less restricted and balance (comparatively) but still can gain
weight because of their inherited tendency of weight gain or we say it in
simple way tendency of slow metabolism.

compare to women, rate of metabolism decrease steadily after the age of 40. Some

You should control your weight with diet, exercise and life
style changes. First thing come in our minds after the word diet is protein
diet. Yes protein diet is beneficial but not so advantageous. Do you know why?
Protein diet have many good effects on body i.e. it help in constructing
of muscles, boost your metabolism, retaining the muscular mass declines

It give firm and real result when you choose it as your
diet. But it also give bad effects. If you lose your weight through protein
diet than make sure you will gain it over again. Protein diet beneficial until
and unless protein will not replace fats. Once it’s started replacing your body
fats instead of carbohydrates it is good for you.

for women. When you try to exceed this limit for greed of more weight loss the excessive
amount of protein will store as fats and ultimately help in weight gain.

As the protein diet initiate your body metabolism speed up
and goes in ketosis (ketosis is the state when body start to make ketone bodies
unavailability of carbohydrates). When you skip carbohydrates in protein diet
you start facing the problem of bad breath (its unpleasant fruity smell) that

amount of protein.
It can’t be subside by floss or mouthwashes you must jump to
carbohydrates intake or high intake of water.
Heart diseases and protein diet.

protein diet and kidney patient.

If you are normal healthy adult with no co morbidities then should start protein diet but still strict protein diet is not recommended without carbohydrates. You should take fancy amount of carbohydrates with high protein.
